  000u Represent the youth of Samoa in National Policy Planning Committees when required
  000u Coordinate the national promotion, implementation and monitoring of regional and international programs for youth development
  Strengthen partnership with youth stakeholders and young people
  000u Facilitate the formal establishment and support ongoing activities of the National Youth Advisory Committee
  000u Continuous collaboration and ongoing meetings with the Youth stakeholders and TALAVOU Programme Committees
  Policy Development
  000u Identify policy and programme issues pertaining to the development of young people
  000u Provide professional and quality advice to the Minister and relevant Government Ministries on policies and plans to address issues
